Every module works on its own, but when you switch on a second, they start talking to each other automatically.

How do I get started?

Apply through our waitlist. We are onboarding founder members first. Once accepted, we configure the platform for your business type, import your existing data and get you live. There is a one-time setup fee that covers onboarding, configuration and training.

Is there a free trial?

We do not offer self-serve trials. Every new customer goes through a guided onboarding to make sure the system is configured properly for their business. This is a platform you rely on, not something you poke around in for 14 days and forget.

How much does OpesQ cost?

Three tiers. Entrepreneur is £79/month + VAT for up to 5 staff with 7 core modules. Full System is £250/month + VAT for up to 10 staff with all 20 modules, marketplace access and more. Enterprise is priced on application for organisations needing a bespoke deployment, custom modules, white-label or dedicated infrastructure. Additional users on Full System cost £5/user/month (dropping to £3 for users 51+). Additional locations are £50/month + VAT each. Prices are transparent. No hidden fees.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. A one-time setup fee covers tenant onboarding, data organisation, system configuration and initial training. The price depends on your business size and complexity. Founder member terms are discussed in our first conversation.

Can I upgrade from Entrepreneur to Full System?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When your team grows past 5 or you need modules outside the Entrepreneur tier (like QEMS, audits or marketplace access), you upgrade to Full System. Everything carries over. No data loss, no reconfiguration. Full System customers who need bespoke configuration, white-label or dedicated infrastructure can move to Enterprise.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bacs Direct Debit is preferred for UK businesses. Card payments are accepted as a fallback. All billing is handled through Stripe with automatic collection.

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every business gets full data isolation at the database level. Row-level security ensures your data is only visible to your team. We use encryption in transit and at rest. No other customer can ever see your records.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored securely in the cloud with enterprise-grade infrastructure. We comply with UK GDPR requirements for data handling and processing.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data remains available for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can export it. Company-owned data stays with the company. Person-owned data (like Employment Passports) stays with the individual. We never hold your data hostage.

Do you have a Data Processing Agreement?

Do I have to use every module?

No. Every module works on its own. Start with one. When you are ready, switch on another. They connect automatically. You are never forced to use features you do not need. That said, the more you use, the smarter the system gets.

Entrepreneur tier includes Documents, Training, SOPs, HR, Holidays, Actions and Tasks. Full System tier unlocks all 20 modules including QEMS and Audit, Assets, Attendance, Skills Matrix, Observations, Evidence Packs, MOT Station and more. Does OpesQ work on mobile?

Yes. The platform is fully responsive. Staff can log actions, clock in, complete training and access their passport from any device with a browser.

Can I manage multiple locations?

Yes. Multi-branch support is built in. Each additional location is £50/month + VAT. You get cross-site visibility, location-scoped data and unified reporting.

What is the Employment Passport?

A portable professional profile that belongs to you, not your employer. It carries your training records, qualifications, employment history and verified credentials. Free forever. When you move jobs, your passport moves with you.

Is the Passport really free?

The core passport is free forever. Profile, employment history, CV builder, privacy controls and employer linking. Premium verification (blue tick, API-checked credentials, identity verification) is £3.99/month. If your employer uses OpesQ, they can cover verification for you.

Who controls what employers see?

You do. Every piece of data on your passport has privacy controls. You decide what each employer can see. Personal data belongs to the person, always.

What does verification include?

Identity verification (face scan + ID upload), API-checked credentials (DVLA, DBS, qualifications), a blue tick verified status and auto-renewal monitoring so credentials never expire without notice.

A place where businesses find vetted specialists. Quality consultants, HR advisors, compliance experts, training providers. Every specialist has verified credentials and real reviews. Businesses browse, apply to work with a specialist, and engage directly.

How much does a marketplace listing cost?

£40/month inc-VAT per specialist. Zero commission on any work you pick up. You keep 100% of your engagement fees. Specialists apply as individuals through opesq.com/marketplace/apply with their own OpesQ Passport, which carries credentials and reviews across every tenant they engage with.

How do specialists get verified?

Specialists go through the same verification process as passport holders. Identity check, credential verification and profile review. Listings are quality-gated by our team to maintain standards.
